    No. There is no minimum order requirement. You may order a single item or multiple items in one order.

    If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • Do you sell authentic products?
    Yes. All products sold by Snacks and More are authentic and sourced from reputable distributors and manufacturers.
  • Can I place bulk or multiple-item orders?
    Yes. Some products are sold in multipacks. Availability may vary by item and inventory levels.

Shipping and delivery

  • How fast do orders ship?
    Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.
  • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and carriers may vary by destination.
  • How are shipping rates calculated?
    Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Will I receive tracking information?
    Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • What if my package is delayed?
    Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.
  • My package arrived damaged—what should I do?
    If your package arrives with visible transit damage, please take photos of the outer box and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage that occurs while a package is in the carrier’s network is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and customers may be required to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Product condition (grocery items)

  • Why does packaging sometimes arrive dented or imperfect?
    Minor cosmetic imperfections such as dents, scuffs, creases, or label variations can occur during shipping. These cosmetic issues do not affect product quality, safety, or usability.
  • What if a product is unusable due to damage?
    If damage is significant and affects usability (beyond cosmetic appearance), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist as appropriate.

Expiration dates

  • Do you sell expired food?
    No. All food and grocery products sold by Snacks and More are shipped with valid manufacturer expiration dates. We do not sell expired items.
  • Why do expiration dates vary?
    Expiration dates are set by the manufacturer and may vary by product, batch, and packaging. Inventory turnover may result in different dates from order to order.
  • Can you confirm an expiration date before I order?
    Yes. If you need confirmation of a specific expiration date prior to purchase, please contact us with the product name or link and we will do our best to assist.

Returns and refunds

  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • How do refunds or replacements work?
    Refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the nature of the issue and any applicable carrier claim outcome.
